//Norwegian Made promotes the makers. If you are one and you'd like to collaborate - please be in touch.// Every day we learn about new dedicated makers who produces quality goods. We love it!// Today was a new day for a Norwegian Made road trip - we've been visiting Emma hEmmagjord in her studio in Stokke, close to Tønsberg. Emma is a truly dedicated maker who produces the most beautiful, multicolored, handmade children's wear. We've asked her to do a collaboration with us because we love it when someone like Emma has the courage and resilience to establish a sewing workshop in this country when most people claim it to be impossible. When we came to her workshop she surprised us with a gift; a hat with our logo printed on it. We'll show you more from our collab with Emma later. Always remember to enjoy the little things in life. Almost needless to say, but still so easy to forget. So happy to receive these test-prints, but hard to decide which to choose - maybe we should take them all? We visited Telespinn last week - the little spinning mill in the heart of Telemark. You can read the article here. Norwegian Made supports the Norwegian makers. Because we think they deserve it. Because we believe that the Norwegian makers represent something very valuable to each and every one of us, to our culture, and to our society. We support the Norwegian makers because they are a species in danger of extinction - as they say themselves. Norwegian Made works in accordance with Unesco's convention protecting the world's Intangible Cultural Heritage.
